Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should I book?
Peak season (May–October) tends to fill 4–6 months out. Off-season is usually 6–8 weeks notice.
Do you cover travel outside the metro?
Yes — we deliver up to 100 miles. There's a per-mile fee beyond 50 miles; we'll include it in your quote.
What happens if chairs are damaged?
Normal use is included. We do a count at pickup; replacement-cost charges only apply to significant damage like cracked frames.
Can I see chairs in person?
Yes — by appointment. We'll bring sample chairs to your venue walkthrough if you'd like.
