Called Monday morning, dumpster was in the driveway Wednesday at 8am. We loaded for three days, they pulled it Friday. Couldn't be simpler.
Renee K. · Garage cleanout
Used them for a single-layer roof tear-off on a 1,600 sq ft house. One bin handled the whole job and we came in just under the 2-ton mark.

Frequently asked questions

What is not allowed in the dumpster?

We don't accept the following items:

  • Dirt, mud, concrete, cement, bricks, and rocks including gravel and other earthly materials. If dumping shingles or tiles, please call first to discuss.
  • Refrigerators — landfills will not accept them due to containing refrigerant.
  • Hot water tanks — landfills will not accept them; we suggest you take them to your local recycling center.
  • Tires — we advise you to take them to a tire shop. If tires are found in the dumpster, we will charge you $30 for each one.
  • Paint cans and lacquers — they contain mercury.
  • Car batteries and lithium batteries — they contain chemicals that are harmful to the environment.
  • Medical waste such as needles, bandages, and other items that have been exposed to body fluids. These require a hauler with a special medical-waste disposal license.
  • Hazardous waste materials and liquids labeled as hazardous: asbestos, pesticides, contaminated soils, oil and other automotive fluids, fuels, tanks, flammable materials, household cleaners, inks, hospital waste. We advise contacting your local hazardous-waste collection center.
  • Metal tanks and drums carrying toxic or dangerous byproducts. You would need to contact a hauler with a hazardous-waste license.
  • If you're unsure about an item, give us a call before drop-off and we'll sort it out.
Are there any hidden charges?

There are NO hidden charges besides tax. Please note that overweight dumpsters, extended rental times, extra trip fees, hazardous materials in the roll-off, or damage to the container may result in additional costs.

Where will you place the dumpster?

Roll-offs can be placed wherever the customer requests, provided it does not create a safety hazard. Lawn placements are permitted, however we cannot and do not assume responsibility for damage that may arise from the truck or equipment to the area. Please check for overhead powerlines as well — they can cause an issue with placement. The placement must comply with local regulations and may require a permit; additional costs will apply. Please note that due to safety and access limitations, we have the final say on placement and may refuse delivery if no suitable location is found — no refund will be issued in that case. We recommend that you pack the dumpster as fully as possible, but due to safety hazards, the dumpster cannot be loaded past the top of the walls. If you overfill it:

  • You may be charged a $75 fee, and/or
  • The items could be removed and left behind, and/or
  • You may be billed for us to bring an additional dumpster to properly dispose of the debris.
  • A second dumpster is always the better option — just give us a call.
Does someone need to be around for drop-off or pick-up?

No — as long as the container is paid for and the area is accessible, no one needs to be at the location. If you won't be there, let us know where you would like the dumpster placed and we'll do our best to put it exactly where you want it.
